OmniFi Workflows

OmniFi Workflows is a low-code orchestration tool that enables you to design, execute, and manage sophisticated workflows directly within your web browser—without writing a single line of code. OmniFi Workflows seamlessly leverages OmniFi’s robust integration with leading treasury systems, and its proven strengths in data extraction, transformation, and automation.

You design and automate Workflows by drawing flowcharts visually in OmniFi's web-based interface. The visual, low-code approach provides clarity and overview. Workflows are easy to maintain and adapt as your needs evolve over time, all while not having to write any code or dive in to technical details.

Designed for treasury and finance

Built on decades of experience in treasury technology, Workflows leverages OmniFi’s deep integration with leading TMS platforms and its proven strengths in data extraction, transformation, and automation.

Automation of key business processes across the system landscape involves running several interdependent steps and decisions that span different treasury systems and operational aspects, and are often constrained to a set time window. Some treasury systems provide their own tools for automating activities, but it's not uncommon for real-world processes to span several different systems, and also include activities that aren't natively supported by either, e.g. sending out risk reports or initiating a data warehouse upload. It can quickly become difficult to get an overview of how even a single process is implemented and affects different systems, let alone get a comprehensive audit trail.
