api/web/custom-endpoints/{EndpointId}/parameters

Lists parameters accepted by a custom endpoint. Parameters with
null values are "open" parameters and available when executing the
endpoint. Parameters with non-null values are required by the
related dataset, but the endpoint provides the value, making them
inaccessible when executing the endpoint.
