Get Windows Time Zones

api/web/timezones

Gets the server-side (Windows) time zones, projected onto the IANA
convention used by this API. Time zones with no known IANA equivalent
are omitted, so every returned model has a non-null IanaId that is
accepted as the 'TimeZoneId' of a schedule.
