Unpublishes a custom endpoint, making it unavailable for execution.
MCP visibility is cleared at the same time, since an endpoint can
only be visible to MCP while it is published. Every other property
of the endpoint is left untouched. Unpublishing an already
unpublished endpoint is a no-op and succeeds.
