Updates an existing bank holiday within a calendar.
Bank holidays are date-only: any time component supplied on
SkySparc.Web.Backend.API.Models.WebAccess.BankHolidayModel.Date is truncated to midnight before
the holiday is stored.

Supply an ISO-8601 date such as '2026-01-01'. A time component is ignored
and any UTC offset is disregarded: the date is stored exactly as written,
so '2026-01-01T00:00:00+02:00' stores 2026-01-01 regardless of the
server's time zone.
